Mmmmmm....good
Okay, I've been a little behind on honoring my foodie roots. Here's what we had for dinner...a little broiled cod and shrimp on a bed of rugula and asparagus with some damn fine bearnaise sauce...garnished with Sorrento lemon. I love making hollandaise and bearnaise here because the eggs have such brilliant orange yolks. The greens are incredible too. Okay, my asparagus was from Peru but...what's a chef to do?
