The garbage men have been on strike since May and it's created a pretty smelly situation. I have heard from friends that this is nothing new in Naples where the Italian Mafia or Camorra run rampant. Earl thinks it looks a little worse than when he was there in the late 90's but we'll just take it in stride. When the garbage piles get too big the Neopolitans simply set them on fire. Groovy, I always like a good bon fire...s'mores anyone?
